Carbonless Copy Paper

Composition
Carbonless copy paper is divided into five types: top sheet (CB), middle sheet (CFB), bottom sheet (CF), single-function self-induction paper (SC) and dual-function self-induction paper (SCB).
●CB paper: CB, that is, Coated Back, is coated with coloring agent on the back (coated on the back), and is used as the upper layer of carbonless copy paper, referred to as upper carbon. (The hair color agent is a microcapsule of Limin pigment oil.)
●CFB paper: CFB, that is, Coated Front and Back, is coated with color developer on the front and color developer on the back (coated on both sides), and is used as the middle layer of carbonless copy paper, referred to as medium carbon.
●CF paper: CF, that is, Coated Front, the front is coated with color developer (front coating), and it is used as the lower layer of carbonless copy paper, referred to as lower carbon.
●SC paper: SC, that is Self-Contained, the front side is coated with color developer and color developer (front coating), and the back is coated with a microcapsule layer containing Limin pigment oil (color developer), which is used as the upper layer of carbonless copy paper.
Classification
Carbonless copy paper is divided into ordinary type and light fastness type according to light fastness.
Carbonless copy paper is classified according to color, there are five kinds of red, yellow, blue, green and white.
Carbon copy paper is divided into first grade, second grade and third grade according to the quality.
According to the weight of carbonless copy paper, there are 45g/m2 CB paper, 48g/m2 CF paper and 52g/m2 CFB paper, etc.
Carbonless copy paper can be divided into flat paper and roll paper according to the specifications: The common size of flat paper is 787mm×1092 mm, which is called positive paper, and the corresponding size is 889mm×1194mm, called large paper. Other sizes can be customized. The commonly used sizes of roll paper are 381mm, 241mm, 190mm in width, and the length is between 4000m and 6500m. Other widths can be customized.
Carbon-free copy documents are classified in terms of the number of copies, and the common ones are:
Two copies in one form, such as: first copy (customer retention) second copy (financial retention)
One type of three pages, such as: the first page (customer retention), the second page (financial retention) and the third page (storehouse retention).
A quadruple page, such as: the first page (customer), the second page (finance), the third page (warehouse), the fourth page (sales)
For carbonless copying of more than five pages, due to the increase in the number of pages, it is difficult to clearly transmit the pressure of writing to the last page, and the handwriting of the last page is often blurred. In order to ensure the clarity of the last couplet, high-quality carbonless copy paper must be used, which is expensive.
